Our Self-Catered Events Package is ideal for clients who wish to appoint their own professional caterer while benefiting from a well-equipped venue, full setup support, and a fully staffed bar.
What’s included
- Private lounge hire for up to 11 hours (12:00–23:00, including setup)
- Kitchen access for heating purposes only
- Standard tables and chairs
- Black or white table linen
- Stage and dancefloor (subject to availability)
- Access to our state-of-the-art lighting system and Screen
- Venue setup in line with the agreed layout
- Use of our licensed bar, fully staffed by our team so your guests can buy drinks
- Duty Manager on the day
- Event security
- Cutlery, crockery and glassware (one sitting only)
Catering & Staffing Requirements
All self-catered events must use a professional third-party caterer. Please note:
- All catering staff must be supplied by your caterer
- Our team does not provide waiting or service staff for self-catered events
Required documentation:
- Public Liability Insurance
- Food Hygiene & Safety Certificates
- Food Hygiene Rating of 4 or above
- Allergen information sheets
- Site visit (if the caterer has not worked at the venue previously)
- Completed Third-Party Use of Catering Facilities Form
